About Our Founder
Fit Shape was founded by Tracy Spears, who has dedicated nearly 20 years to empowering women in their health and wellness journeys. Her passion began with her own transformation in 2001, when she lost 30kg as a young mum of three. That personal experience inspired her to help other women overcome similar struggles and achieve lasting change.
As a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga & Pilates Teacher, Health & Wellness Coach, and practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis, Reiki, and Mindset Coaching, Tracy brings a holistic approach to fitness and wellness.
For two decades, she has helped thousands of women improve their strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing — guiding them not just to lose weight, but to move with ease, live with vitality, and embrace the best version of themselves.
Today, as Founder & CEO of Fit Shape Health & Wellness, Tracy’s mission remains the same: to Educate, Empower, and Evolve women — helping them live their healthiest, happiest lives.

I’ve love Pilates — for me, it’s the foundation of all movement. It teaches strength, control, and awareness, and I believe it’s a must for every woman at every stage of life. I've been doing my weekly Personal Training with Tracy for about 2 years. She has helped me lose the 23kg I put on during my 2nd pregnancy.
