At Fit Shape Health & Wellness, we believe health and fitness is about more than exercise — it’s about helping women move better, feel better and live better at every stage of life.
Fit Shape was created to be a welcoming, supportive space where women feel comfortable, capable and cared for, no matter their age, shape, fitness level or starting point. We work with women across all stages of life, with a special focus on supporting women through midlife, perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
We know that women’s bodies, energy, confidence and health needs change over time. What worked in your 20s or 30s may no longer feel right in your 40s, 50s and beyond. That’s why our approach goes beyond workouts alone. We combine movement, education and personalised support to help women better understand their bodies, build strength, improve their health and feel more confident in the way they move and live.
At Fit Shape, we don’t just change bodies — we change lives.
For some women, that means losing weight and feeling more comfortable in their own skin. For others, it means getting stronger, moving without pain, improving energy, navigating menopause with more confidence, or simply walking into a space where they feel supported instead of judged. Whatever the goal, our focus is on helping women create meaningful, lasting change that supports not just how they look, but how they feel and live every day.
Through our unique Pod Training sessions, group movement classes and personalised support, we make sure no woman is left to figure it out on her own. Every woman who walks through our doors is met with guidance, accountability and connection, so she feels supported, celebrated and empowered every step of the way.

About Our Founder
Fit Shape Health & Wellness was founded by Tracy Spears, a women’s health and wellness coach with nearly 20 years of experience helping women improve their health, build strength and feel more confident in their bodies.
Tracy’s passion for supporting women began with her own transformation. In 2001, as a young mum of three, she lost 30 kilos and discovered firsthand how powerful the right support, movement and mindset can be in changing not just your body, but your confidence, energy and quality of life. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for helping other women create lasting change in their own lives.
Over the past two decades, Tracy has worked with thousands of women of all ages and stages, guiding them to improve their strength, fitness, confidence and overall wellbeing. As her work evolved, so did her passion for supporting women through the unique challenges of midlife, perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
With qualifications across personal training, yoga, Pilates, health and wellness coaching, NLP, hypnosis, reiki and mindset coaching, Tracy brings a holistic approach to women’s health — one that goes beyond exercise alone. Her work is grounded in helping women better understand their bodies, move with confidence, improve their health and feel supported through every stage of life.
Today, as Founder and CEO of Fit Shape Health & Wellness, Tracy’s mission remains simple: to create a community where women feel seen, supported and empowered to take care of their health, move their bodies with confidence and create lasting change in their lives.

I've been doing my weekly Personal Training with Tracy. She has helped me lose the 23kg I put on during my 2nd pregnancy.
