Pod Training

Pod Training is our unique signature small group personal training program designed exclusively for women. Each pod has just 4–6 women, giving you the perfect balance of personal attention and group support.

In these 60-minute sessions, we focus on strength training, proper form, and progressive workouts that are tailored to your ability — so you get results safely and effectively.

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel capable, challenged, and celebrated for your progress.  Pod Training:

  • Builds strength for everyday life - from lifting shopping bags to keeping up with the kids (or grandkids).

  • Improves bone health and helps reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

  • Boosts metabolism and supports healthy weight management.

BOX-FIT

Box-Fit is a fun, high-energy workout using gloves and pads in a safe, non-contact format. In just 55 minutes, you’ll burn calories, build strength, and boost fitness while relieving stress and having fun!

PILATES REFORMER

Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body using the Pilates Reformer. With guided movements based on Pilates principles, you’ll improve posture, build core strength, and move better in everyday life.

BARRE

A low-impact workout combining Pilates, ballet-inspired moves, and fitness conditioning. Sculpt, lengthen, and strengthen while improving balance and posture.

MAT& REFORMER BLEND

A dynamic mix of Pilates matwork and reformer training, this class enhances strength, flexibility, and control. Perfect for women who want the best of both worlds in just 45 minutes.

JUMP-FIT

A fun, low-impact yet high-intensity trampoline class designed for all levels. Burn calories, boost energy, and improve coordination while protecting your joints.

YOGA FLOW

A 60-minute flowing practice that connects breath with movement. Build flexibility, strength, and calm while creating balance for body and mind.

MENO-FIT

Specially designed for women in midlife and beyond, this 45-minute circuit blends cardio, strength, and balance. Stay strong, mobile, and confident at every stage of life.

METAFIT

A fast, effective 30-minute workout using only your bodyweight. This high-intensity class is designed to fire up your metabolism, build strength, and boost fitness — all in half the time of a regular workout.
