28 Days to Master Your Menopause is a guided 28-day onboarding experience inside the Fit Shape community, designed to help women in perimenopause and menopause get the support, education and personalised plan they need to start feeling better.

When you join Fit Shape, your membership starts from day one and so does your personalised 28-day menopause support journey.

  • Menopause Map Session:  a one-on-one session to better understand your symptoms, hormone history, current challenges and what support you need right now.
  • Health & Movement Assessment: we take the time to understand your body, your fitness level, any injuries or limitations, and help determine the best place for you to start.
  • Intro Reformer Session: a supportive introduction to reformer so you can feel comfortable, confident and ready to join in.
  • Personalised Membership Recommendation: not every woman needs the same level of support. Based on your goals, symptoms, confidence and lifestyle, we’ll recommend the membership that best suits you.
  • A clear 28-day plan: no walking in and hoping for the best. We’ll guide you on what classes, sessions and support options are right for you in your first month.
  • Ongoing support from our team: you’ll be welcomed, checked in on and supported along the way so you feel comfortable, confident and cared for from the start.
  • Body Composition Scan & Personalised Nutrition Plan

How it works

To join 28 Days to Master Your Menopause, you simply sign up to a Fit Shape membership on weekly direct debit.

Your membership starts immediately, and your first 28 days become your guided menopause support journey with us.

No joining fee

There is no joining fee and no upfront program fee.

Love It or Leave It

We want women to feel safe joining us, so we offer a 3-week Love It or Leave It policy.

If within your first 3 weeks you decide Fit Shape isn’t the right fit for you, you can cancel with no questions asked.
