FIT SHAPE HEALTH & WELLNESS GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION

Join us as we officially celebrate the opening of Shellharbour’s first female-only wellness studio designed to support women through every stage of life, with a special focus on perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Come along to experience the space, meet the team, try our classes and connect with local health and wellness experts.
We’re kicking off the day with complimentary movement classes so you can experience what Fit Shape is all about.
Class Times:
- 7:00am Barre, 8:00am Jump-fit & 9:00am Reformer
- 12pm Barre, 1pm Reformer, 3pm Yoga
Bookings are essential as numbers are limited.
When you register, you’ll receive a special booking code to secure your class for free.
At 10am we will hold our official opening ceremony.
We are honoured to have Anna Watson MP, Member for Shellharbour, joining us to say a few words and officially welcome Fit Shape Health & Wellness to the community.
Founder Tracy Spears will also share a short message and thank the many people who have supported this journey.
